About the Role
The Production Coordinator supports Fashion Nova's Production team with all pre-production tasks. This role handles lab dip approvals, bulk fabric, trim, and wash approvals, tracks pre-production and TOP samples, maintains the WIP report, and reviews packing lists in NetSuite to ensure production readiness.
What You'll Do
- Assist with lab dip approvals and approvals for bulk fabrics, trims, and washes.
- Track pre-production and TOP samples to keep timelines on schedule.
- Maintain the work-in-progress (WIP) report and ensure accurate status updates.
- Review and maintain packing lists in NetSuite.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in fashion production/pre-production coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of lab dip processes and fabric/trim/wash approvals.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate with cross-functional teams.
