Production Coordinator

About the Role Production Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and optimizing local conveyor belt production activities to meet company procedures and customer requirements. The role translates the production strategy into actionable plans, contributes to strategic and operational planning, and leads continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety, quality and cost targets. What You'll Do

• Manage and coordinate all local activities of the conveyor belt production process.
• Ensure realization of production processes in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements.
• Translate the company's production strategy into action plans and ensure their implementation.
• Contribute to strategic and operational planning (investment, capacity and headcount planning).
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement using CBS methods and training measures.
• Participate in global or local production projects requiring cross-functional cooperation.
• Implement and monitor activities within the established budget and strive to achieve financial goals.
• Participate in the development of annual and monthly operational production plans.
• Prepare periodic reports on production performance, monitor quality, utilization and availability of capacities, and propose improvement measures.
• Participate in the development of new products and services and support quality management activities.
• Improve organizational efficiency by supporting training initiatives, planning, implementing, coordinating and monitoring training and development programs and strategies; develop and update training manuals and materials; keep the qualification catalog up to date.
• Ensure local application of production standards and adherence to safety, health, fire protection and environmental measures; actively participate in risk assessment.
• Manage product-specific ramp-up or change projects (team setup, interfacing to business/customer organization, project planning and control).
• Identify and implement product optimization potential in running articles in alignment with R&D PI according to standards.
• Proactively address quality issues related to customer complaints and rejects in collaboration with QA.
• Identify and implement technical production processes optimization for quality, efficiency and capability.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to safety, health, environment and waste management. What We're Looking For
• University degree, preferably in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or related discipline.
• 3 or more years of professional experience in various process engineering functions.
• English language proficiency.
