About the Role As the Production Control Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and act as the senior leader responsible for all production planning, scheduling, and fulfillment performance for the facility. You will provide strategic direction and operational oversight of the master production schedule and customer delivery commitments to align with the plant sales plan, financial objectives, and customer expectations.

- Lead and oversee all production planning and scheduling activities to ensure on-time delivery and optimal product flow.
