Production Control Employee – Electronics Manufacturing (f/m/x)

Anton Paar develops, manufactures, and distributes high-precision measuring instruments as well as automation and robotics solutions worldwide. For our electronics manufacturing team, we are looking for someone with technical expertise, SAP experience, and a good understanding of complex processes. You will efficiently manage production orders and ensure on-time execution while acting as a key interface between production, planning, and related departments.

Responsibilities

• Planning, controlling, and monitoring production orders with regard to deadlines, capacities, and material availability
• Prioritizing ongoing orders and ensuring smooth production processes
• Creating, maintaining, and processing production orders and production-related data in SAP
• Monitoring material availability and proactively resolving missing parts and bottlenecks
• Monitoring production deadlines and order progress and initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations
• Working closely with production, planning, materials management, purchasing, and other departments
• Clarifying technical questions, disruptions, and deviations within the production process
• Contributing to the optimization of production processes, lead times, and production control procedures
• Analyzing relevant production data and key performance indicators

Your profile:

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL), ideally in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in manufacturing, production control, production planning, or a similar production environment
• Good working knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP PP and MM
• Good technical understanding and experience working with bills of materials (BOMs) and production documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as very good German language skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for working closely with production teams

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.300,-- (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
