The Narmco Group is an industry leader in the automotive industry for metal stamping and assembly. As a result of continuously growing our professional team, we have a challenging career opportunity as a Production Control Clerk in our Corporate location. The candidate for this position will monitor all internet-based customer information systems at the intervals required by the customer.
We are recruiting for a vacant position
Hourly rate = $21.00/hr

1-3yrs experience in working with OEM Portals, including Ford CMMS, Stellantis SMART, Toyota Supplier.com, GM Supply Power
Knowledge of PLEX ERP software is an asset
Solid working knowledge with Excel

Responsible for answering Customer portals at the intervals required by the customer. This includes data maintenance, communication and distribution as it relates to Production Control and Shipping
Monitor customer ratings and disputing violations as well as updating key measurable tracking
Review EDI log and edit Customer Releases daily. Enter manual releases as necessary
Act as liaison between our shipping departments and the customer for part and container related issues
Follow-up on customer requests ensuring all pertinent information is communicated to our Production Control Manager(s)
Responsible for coordinating special or miscellaneous type shipments
