About the Role The Production Cell Lead ensures the Production Department operates in alignment with company policies and procedures. The role focuses on organizing the build plan and coordinating personnel in the Production area to meet customer delivery requirements. What You'll Do
- Delegate build requirements using information from ERP reports
- Highlight resource requirements to the Production Supervisor to prevent missed deliveries
- Follow up with owners of Production-related interruptions to ensure they are resolved within the day
- Report operator performance issues to the Supervisor
- Initiate and participate in Continuous Improvement projects to improve processes
- Act as Lead for Production in Daily Standup Meetings
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the Production area
- Work cross-functionally within the area when required
- Maintain Shop Orders and Pick lists in line with production requirements
- Ensure all equipment and the process area are cleaned and meet defined specifications; actively participate in site 5S auditing
- Print out all labels required to complete batch documentation as necessary
- Report deviations from procedures to the area Production Supervisor
- Ensure appropriate personal protective equipment is worn
- Perform ad hoc duties as instructed by the Production Supervisor
- Work overtime as needed; core hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; onsite role in Cork, Ireland What We're Looking For
- Experience coordinating production in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow build requirements and use ERP reports
- Strong communication and leadership for daily standups
- Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of 5S and maintaining cleanliness and safety
- Ability to work cross-functional within the production area
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- Electronics background and qualification advantageous Nice to Have
