About the Role Volt is immediately hiring Production Associates for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift positions in La Vergne, TN. This is a fully on-site contract opportunity.
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assembling servers on a production line, following written and verbal instructions to assemble products to specific specifications, using hand tools and equipment to assemble and fit parts together, performing quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications, and adhering to safety guidelines. Additional duties as assigned. What You'll Do

- Other responsibilities as assigned What We're Looking For
- Previous assembly or production experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret written instructions and photos
- Ability to use hand tools and equipment
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer knowledge, log-in, open files, etc
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit, and climb for prolonged periods, move about production and warehouse facilities Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rates: 1st Shift: $19.00/hr; 2nd Shift: $19.50/hr; 3rd Shift: $23.75/hr
- Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
