Now Hiring Production Associates – Geneva, NY
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Join a leading manufacturing team as a Production Associate in Geneva. This opportunity offers a unique rotating schedule that allows you to work fewer days while maintaining a full-time paycheck. Overtime opportunities are also available.
Shift: Rotating Day Shift and Night Shift
- Work 12-hour Day Shifts for one month, then rotate to 12-hour Night Shifts the following month
- Schedule alternates between 3 days one week and 4 days the next
- Every other weekend required
- Overtime available

Job Requirements
-
Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution experience

Knowledge of forklift safety guidelines
-
Basic computer skills
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks

Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions

Experience using handheld scanners or computerized inventory systems is preferred

Job Responsibilities

Inspect and stack glass products
-
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
-
Complete assigned production tasks according to work instructions

Troubleshoot basic equipment issues

Meet established production goals and quality standards

Store, move, and manage materials throughout the facility

Use handheld scanners and computer systems as needed

Follow warehouse and production processes
-
Load and unload materials as required
