The Production Associate supports the manufacturing and packaging of sunscreen and personal care products in a fast-paced production environment. This entry-level position is responsible for operating equipment, filling and packaging products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work area while following company procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the production, filling, labeling, and packaging of sunscreen products.
Operate basic production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
Measure, mix, and transfer raw materials following production instructions.
Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and appearance.
Label, cap, seal, and pack finished goods according to specifications.
Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
Follow all safety, quality, and GMP guidelines.
Report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading supplies as needed.

Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to fragrances, chemicals, and production equipment.
