Production Associate
Ever wonder how thousands of chef-crafted meals get made daily? We're hiring energetic, versatile Team Members for our fast-paced food facility. We have immediate openings across three essential departments Kitchen, Production, and Sanitation and will match you to your best fit during your interview! Where You Can Excel: Kitchen (Warm & Cold Zones): Prep fresh ingredients season, marinate, and cook using commercial grills, braisers, and industrial ovens. (1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts) Production (Cold Zone 35°F-40°F): Power high-speed assembly lines portioning ingredients, plating trays, and sealing fresh meals. (1st & 2nd Shifts) Sanitation (Warm & Wet Zone): Safeguard food safety standards by deep-cleaning equipment, power-washing machinery, and prepping wash stations. (1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts) What We're Looking For: Flexibility: Team-first mindset to step up wherever support is needed most. Environment Ready: Comfortable working in chilled prep rooms (35°F) or active wash zones. Active Drive: Physical energy to stay moving, lift, and thrive through a 10-hour shift. Reliability: Punctual, safety-minded, and dedicated to strict food hygiene standards. Why You'll Love It: 4x10 Schedule: Work 4 days, lock in 3 full days off every single week! Top Pay + Shift Diffs: $19/hr base pay + extra +$1.00/hr (Mon-Fri 6 PM-6 AM) and +$1.50/hr (Sat-Sun 6 PM-6 AM).
