Job title: Production Associate
About the Role The Manufacturing Associate will build products by following established processes to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards. This onsite role supports Lean manufacturing practices and accurate recordkeeping to ensure compliant, efficient production.
What You'll Do
- Understand and adhere to safety policies and practices.
- Uphold quality and adhere to manufacturing process requirements and the Getinge Quality Policy.
- Build product by following all processes in which trained (in their most current revision), and complete other assigned work, while meeting manufacturing goals and metrics.
- Demonstrate basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and related principles.
- Maintain accurate records, including training files and shop floor paperwork (SFP).
- Participate in Shared Leadership tasks and responsibilities as directed.
- Follow Getinge and site-specific policies and procedures.
- Complete required Getinge and site-specific training (i.e., QS Basics, Lean Training).
- Demonstrate an understanding of basic SAP functions, if applicable.
- Maintain individual training records.

What We're Looking For
- High School diploma (equivalent) or 3 years of work experience preferred.
- Minimum experience 0-12 months in a medical device-manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes and has a moderate understanding of the technical job duties.
- Able to use and understand Basic English communication both written and spoken; demonstrate basic reading, writing and math skills.
- Must demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team setting, be flexible, and exhibit a willingness to learn/ take on new tasks.
Compensation & Benefits
- The pay rate for this position is $18.50 per hour.
