About the Role Live Nation's Concerts division is seeking a part-time Production Assistant for The Belasco in Los Angeles to support touring and stage production operations on-site, including coordinating food and beverages for artists and assisting with backstage and guest services. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and professional handling of fast-paced show environments. What You'll Do
- Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent
- Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter
- Assist with stage production tasks such as show passes and guest list distribution
- Assist Green Room Server with artist needs
- Perform opening, running, and closing side duties according to Company policy
- Maintain knowledge of local restaurants, stores, music stores, area attractions, etc.
- Maintain a properly working automobile with proof of insurance and an exceptional driving record
- Uphold Company safety and sanitation standards
- Have knowledge of all music, promotional or special events in the house
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of touring or stage production operations
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work late hours; flexible schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable automobile with proof of insurance; exceptional driving record
- Excellent communication skills and punctuality
- Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms
- Knowledge of local region to locate restaurants, stores, music stores, area attractions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, loud environment; physically able to lift up to 25 lbs; proper lifting techniques Nice to Have
- 3 years of work experience interacting with people in a positive environment
