About the Role The Production Assistant provides essential pre-production and day-of-show support to the Production Manager, Back of House team, venues, and touring personnel. They handle errands, show credentials, guest lists, and create day-of-show documents to keep operations organized and on track.
What You'll Do
- Provide essential pre-production and day-of-show support to the Production Manager, Back of House team, venues, and touring personnel
- Run various errands and tasks related to talent and production
- Assist with day-of-show parking list, show credentials, and guest lists
- Create day-of-show documents (meal tickets, sign-in sheets, back-of-house signage)
- Manage on-site Runners
- Assist with petty cash distribution & reconciliation as needed
- Leverage regional knowledge to locate restaurants, stores, music stores, and area attractions for touring personnel
- Assist with artist/tour needs and requests
- Ensure backstage areas are clean and free of clutter
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining pleasant
