YOUR TASKS Job Description:1 To meet the daily production target on production line shopfloor.2 Co coordinating with PPC for the daily production3 To check the Material availability on the shop floor4 Aligning of Dispatch Plan with PPC for Internal Production Plan5 Must keep all the records update & must face all the Audit & Visits6 Responsible for Skill matrix Upgradation7 Close coordination with Manufacturing engineering for new projects8 Resource planning for production including consumables & manpower.9 Cycle time improvement od assembly line along with industrial engineering.10 Responsible for OEE of the production.11 Knowledge of SAP is must12 Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.13 Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.14 Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training15 Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.16 Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and sharing knowledge with co-workers17 Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices18 Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects19 Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders20 Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement21 Well versed with IATF 1694922 Understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools like KANBAN, 7 waste, 5S, KAIZEN etc.23 Knowledge of line balancing and cycle time improvements24 Contribute to continuous improvement activities25 Quality control of work by appropriate reviews26 Support and lead process improvement activities27 Lead and/or support technicians and trainee engineers28 Train people within own work group29 Subcontractors29 Be an effective team member, working with supervisor and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum outputS.
