About the Role This role operates in Dana's Jiangsu manufacturing facility as a Production/Assembly Operator. You will follow work instructions to perform production tasks, ensuring product quality and that production targets are met. You will also monitor for safety, quality, and other issues and escalate them to your supervisor as needed. You will maintain workstation 5S and comply with Dana's management standards. Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor. What You'll Do
- Follow work instructions to perform production tasks and meet quality and production targets.
- Immediately report safety hazards, quality issues, and any other problems to your supervisor.
- Ensure the workstation 5S requirements are met and kept up to Dana's standards.
- Comply with Dana's management rules and guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor. What We're Looking For
- Age 18-40; mechanical-related diploma; at least two years of experience in related industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving abilities, plus teamwork and a quality mindset. Nice to Have
- Stamping press experience (preferred)
- Ability to read simple mechanical drawings (preferred)
