Volt is immediately hiring a 1st Shift Production Assembler in Englewood, CO.

As a Production Assembler you will:

• Assemble products using corrugated paper and plastic composite materials per build instructions
• Break down and prepare raw materials, including separating perforated components
• Read and interpret technical documents and work orders for accurate assembly
• Build and organize components to meet product specifications and quality standards
• Use hand tools such as box cutters and pneumatic staple guns safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Report production issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

This is a full-time, Temp-to-hire opportunity. Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

Production Assembler candidates must meet the following requirements:

• 2–3 years of work experience required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and production orders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production quotas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-noise environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures

Pay for this position is $19.29/hr.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
