Production Artist / Graphic Designer

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid: Onsite Monday-Thursdays & can work remotely from home on Fridays)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Artist for a project supporting our WNBA products. This role is integral to the Production Apparel Digital Design and Design Excellence teams. The ideal candidate will be confident in making logo and branding decisions and comfortable working with ambiguity as teams are still being formed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production art for apparel, with a focus on WNBA licensed products.

• Create technical schematics for logos and trims.

• Manage visual systems and micro branding to ensure brand consistency.

• Make confident decisions regarding logos and branding in an environment with evolving requirements.

• Work on both cut and sew apparel and tee-shirts.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Production Art for Apparel is required.

• Technical

Skills

• Experience with licensed apparel is mandatory. A portfolio demonstrating experience with licensed products, technical schematics for logos and trims, and clear examples of process ownership is required.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with or interest in basketball and the WNBA.

• An understanding of team and league demographics.

• Experience with 3D software, CLO, or other AI tools.

• Previous industry experience is preferred.
