production admin job posting for Vertiv at Letterkenny, Ireland. The Project Administrator will report directly to the Production Supervisor and will be based at our Letterkenny facility. This role will also work closely with the Production Department and your duties will encompass a diverse range of Production administrative tasks.

The main remit of the post will encompass the following duties:-

Providing administration support to Project Support Team.

Providing regular reports on production, costings and performance.

To provide support on monitoring live project schedules ensuring orders are completed on time.

To provide cover across other admin roles within the factory, when necessary, e.g. in the event of staff absence, during annual leave, sickness or staff training events.

Assist in the induction of coaching of new staff into office team.

Provide document control duties.

This list of activities is not an exhaustive representation of the role and as such the role holder may be required to undertake any other activities as deemed appropriate by the Department.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in a similar role holding a minimum of 3-5 years exposure in a comparable position.

In addition, the successful candidate will have:

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels.

Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage and prioritise.

Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office.
