Product Verification Test Engineer

About the Role The Product Verification Test Engineer will work closely with multiple product development teams and product platforms to assist in defining requirements, perform functional testing of Precision Solutions and Telematics systems, and identify risks in agriculture vehicles. They will develop test procedures and plans, then execute validation on a variety of vehicle platforms and test benches. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain detailed system and sub-system test procedures for functional, performance, and safety tests related to Precision Farming, Product Control, and Guidance content based on system specifications.
• Execute validation plans on bench or in-field testing at CNH test facilities or external customer sites.
• Document and clearly communicate test results, and report issues into proper tracking tools; maintain and update issues as they are resolved.
• Assist in root cause analysis and verification of resolution for problems identified during testing.
• Collect and analyze data to assist development teams in root cause identification and problem resolution.
• Interface effectively with support groups and internal customers such as engineering, marketing, vehicle or implement platforms, etc.
• Aid design team in vehicle tuning exercises or targeted development tests for Auto Guidance and Precision Farming features of the software. What We're Looking For
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience collecting and analyzing operational data; familiarity with CAN communications.
• Ability to conduct functional testing across Precision Farming, guidance, telematics, product control, Farm Management Information Systems, and web-based solutions across multiple off-highway platforms.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills; experience with test planning and issue tracking.
