- Provide general support for the implementation of Engineering Changes.
- Support the Product Engineering team during pilot builds, including follow-up activities, material validation, component specification reviews, and verification of product assembly characteristics against customer BOMs and assembly drawings.
- Monitor and track key performance metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and support for internal processes.
- Support BOM validation activities by reviewing historical revisions, identifying engineering changes between releases, and providing analysis to support RMAs.
- Support material release activities in the receiving area when notifications are generated for Product Engineering, including verification of manufacturer part numbers (MPNs), material dimensions, and coordination with cross-functional teams to communicate discrepancies.
- Participate in Product Engineering department training and development plans.
- Support and participate in internal and external audits as required by the department.
