About the role
We are seeking an experienced Product Support Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 11 years of experience in managing product support functions and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the product support team to deliver excellent customer service and technical support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve product-related issues efficiently.
- Develop and implement support processes and best practices to improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor support metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
Requirements

7 to 11 years of experience in product support or related roles.
