What You'll Do
- Innovation & Development: Assist in the development and optimization of production systems, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes and improve operational performance.
- Project Support: Provide support on various projects, from initial planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the supply chain and production activities.
What We're Looking For
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing a University/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Personal Attributes: A positive, proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership abilities and a desire to grow within a dynamic environment.
