About this role
About the Role The Product Specialist supports the PM/MM in managing the relevant product line and acts directly in the assigned territory to ensure marketing strategies are executed to reach sales targets. They monitor competitors and collect field insights to share with the PM/MM. What You'll Do
- Field Marketing Activities (50%): Perform promotional product demonstrations; train the salesforce and support them throughout the sales process; show and describe the product line at congresses and meetings; assist PM/MM with field activities related to new product launches; manage product quality activities with the salesforce (field actions).
- Tender Management (20%): Analyze and prepare technical documentation for public tenders; define technical configuration in coordination with the Sales department; transmit the relevant tender documentation to the T&O Department.
- Marketing strategies & activities (20%): Help PM/MM develop and implement marketing plans; collaborate with international colleagues to share knowledge; launch new products to achieve sales and profit objectives; check translations of brochures and marketing materials; manage the DEMO products pool; maintain the salesforce competence; create and check order configurations to send to production.
- Market Analysis (10%): Monitor competitors and share information; adjust marketing strategy to changing markets and competitive conditions; maintain the local pricing strategy within international guidelines. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Product Specialist or in a similar role
- Fluent Italian and professional level of English (written and spoken)
- Microsoft Office package
- Complete product line knowledge and market understanding
- Adequate presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Competence in the development of sales tools and collaterals

- Salary: €39,000 - €48,000 gross per year plus company car (also for private use)
