About the Role The Product Specialist maintains a deep understanding of the assigned product category, and engages with customers through expert guidance and styling while upholding Calvin Klein's luxury standards. You will also support and upskill teammates by sharing knowledge and training to boost store-wide performance. What You'll Do
- Develop category expertise (e.g., suiting, denim, underwear) and provide personalized styling advice to customers.
- Engage customers with tailored shopping experiences, addressing individual needs and preferences.
- Offer styling recommendations and complete outfits aligned with customer goals.
- Assist in training new Sales Associates with in-depth product knowledge and customer service techniques.
- Drive sales within your category by meeting and exceeding targets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of fabrics, fits, styles, and care instructions; stay updated on new arrivals and trends.
- Use sales tools (e.g., S&A app, omni-channel services) to enhance service and optimize opportunities.
- Monitor best sellers and share insights with the team.
- Help manage stock levels for your category and ensure availability on the floor.
- Provide feedback on stock availability and opportunities; suggest improvements to reduce stock risk.
- Keep store merchandising visually appealing and aligned with the brand's luxury image.
- Manage stock replenishment to ensure availability, size integrity, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and hit targets.
- Share product knowledge with colleagues to elevate skills and confidence.
- Model the brand's luxury image and service standards; mentor junior associates. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in luxury.
- Deep knowledge in the assigned product category.
- Exceptional customer service and ability to provide personalized styling advice.
- Strong communication skills and ability to train and share knowledge effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining luxury standards.
- Experience with sales tools and inventory management systems is a plus. Nice to Have
