About this role

Job title: Product Solutions Architect – Private Markets

About the Role The Product Solutions Architect for Private Markets is a senior role responsible for defining what good looks like across SimCorp’s Private Markets domain and translating deep domain expertise into repeatable, scalable SimCorp One client implementations. You will shape implementation patterns, standard configurations, and reference architectures to help clients achieve a unified view across private and public investments.

What You'll Do

  • Define standard configurations, reference architectures, and best-practice workflows for Private Markets within SimCorp One.
  • Translate deep domain expertise into repeatable client outcomes and implementation patterns across end-to-end Private Markets workflows (deal onboarding, capital calls and distributions, valuation/NAV processes, cash flow forecasting, performance and exposure analysis, and Total Portfolio views).
  • Support data ingestion, validation, and lifecycle management with intelligent document processing capabilities; enable implementation teams through training and guidance.
  • Engage with portfolio managers, private markets operations leads, and CIOs as the definitive subject matter expert on Private Markets workflows; advise clients on implementing SimCorp’s Private Markets capabilities to improve transparency and support scalable growth; act as escalation point when implementations require domain guidance.
  • Bring market intelligence back to product decisions, identify capability gaps and emerging client needs, and convert learnings into reusable standard configurations or productization candidates.

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, product management, solution engineering, or senior client-facing roles focused on Private Markets investment technology.
  • Deep understanding of private equity, private credit, and real assets workflows, including fund structures, capital activity, valuations, and performance measurement; strong knowledge of Total Portfolio concepts.
  • Experience with intelligent document processing and data automation within Private Markets is a strong advantage.
  • Trusted advisor credibility with investment professionals, operations leaders, and senior stakeholders; consultative mindset with ability to translate client requirements into best‑practice operating models and strategic product guidance.
  • Strategic communication and influence; ability to synthesize market feedback and implementation insights into actionable recommendations for product leadership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with intelligent document processing and data automation within Private Markets is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary, bonus scheme, and pension.
  • Flexible work hours and a hybrid workplace model.
  • IP sprints with 3 weeks per quarter for mastering skills and contributing to the company’s development.
