About the Role Join Caterpillar’s Cat Technology group as a Product Service Engineer for product development programs within the construction industries segment. You’ll help improve acceptability and salability of current and new products by meeting product health targets, reducing warranty, delivering support milestones, and providing technical support to dealers, service departments, field reps, and engineering teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to Caterpillar dealer/technical/service departments, technical field reps, machine and component engineering, and service engineers.
- Contribute to achieving product support deliverables and reducing warranty costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product health, acceptability, and salability of current and new products.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in product support or engineering within construction industries or related field.
- Ability to work with dealer/technical/service networks, field representatives, and internal engineering teams.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to contribute to product health targets, warranty reduction, and deliverables.
- Effective communication and teamwork across functions.
