About this role

Product Quality Assistant

Product Quality Assistant within ICON plc's PV/Pharmacovigilance team, based near Gatwick. You will support product quality investigations, returns management and customer credit processes to ensure timely resolution and data integrity across the Complaints Database.

What You'll Do

  • Duplicate search to locate initial TC report
  • Add any additional information into case (e.g., reporter full address)
  • Add description of returned products and code batch numbers
  • Identify any reported Safety information and escalate to the Safety Team
  • Label returned products with Case Number
  • Weekly prepare shipments of all returned products to HQ and arrange courier
  • Maintain log of requests for financial reimbursement from pharmacies
  • Print and send results of investigations to customers
  • Investigate and respond to customer inquiries related to replacement/credit; verify credit when needed
  • Ad-hoc tasks such as filing/archiving, printing letters
  • Filing and archiving; comply with client SOPs

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to commute to the Gatwick office 5 days a week
