Job title: Product & Project Manager
Escrow-Tech Limited is seeking an experienced Product & Project Manager to spearhead the development and delivery of OHMFLEX, an innovative smart home automation and energy optimization platform.
This role is crucial for guiding the product roadmap and coordinating end-to-end execution across cloud services, mobile applications, and IoT devices. You will collaborate closely with the CTO and engineering team to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements, manage delivery timelines effectively, and contribute to the growth of the OHMFLEX developer marketplace.
The position offers a fully remote work arrangement within Nigeria, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work on a product that directly impacts household energy efficiency and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap, including research, prioritization, and performance tracking via KPIs.
- Develop detailed product requirements and user stories, conducting user research to inform feature prioritization.
- Manage project sprints, releases, timelines, risks, and dependencies across software, hardware, and DevOps teams.
- Support the onboarding of developers, manage APIs and SDKs, and facilitate app publishing and ecosystem growth.
- Coordinate effectively with the CTO, engineering, business teams, customers, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years' experience in product management, technical project management, or a combined role.

Proven experience delivering products involving cloud services, mobile apps, and connected devices (preferably in IoT, smart home, or energy technology).

Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum or Kanban delivery methodologies and tools like Jira or ClickUp.

Technical understanding of APIs, microservices, device protocols, and data.

Excellent communication, product documentation, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Experience managing external partners and delivering projects on time.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
