Job Summary

We are seeking proactive and results-driven Product & Project Managers to drive AI and Digitalization projects within the Marketing function. The ideal candidates will combine strong product and project management skills with the ability to work across Marketing, Technology/IT teams, and external vendors. You will be responsible for translating business needs into clear deliverables and ensuring projects are executed successfully from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate AI and digitalization projects within the Marketing function from initiation to delivery.
• Translate business requirements and marketing needs into clear project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and action plans.
• Work closely with Marketing, Technology/IT teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
• Drive Agile project management practices, including planning, prioritization, progress tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Manage project follow-ups and ensure stakeholders deliver agreed actions within timelines.
• Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Monitor project progress against agreed scope, timelines, quality, and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, user feedback, and deployment activities where applicable.
• Prepare project updates, status reports, and presentations for relevant stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and service providers.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes through AI, automation, and digital solutions.
• Take ownership of project outcomes and ensure end-to-end delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Project Management, Digital Transformation, Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Product and Project Management principles.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear product/project deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience working across business, technology/IT, and external vendor teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and resolve challenges proactively.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong ownership mindset with a proven ability to drive tasks through to completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and project management tools.

Salary

N500,000 – N700,000 Gross Monthly
