Job title: Product Platform Specialist
About the Role DBT Labs highlights a unified product platform for data movement, transformations, security, governance, and extensibility. The role will intersect with deployment, sources + destinations, and connectors to help customers leverage the platform at scale.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customers to enable and optimize data movement across SaaS replication, database replication, SAP replication, streaming, file replication, and custom connectors.
- Contribute to secure, governed, and scalable data workflows and tooling to support real-time analytics and AI-ready data access.
- Assist with deployment strategies and integration of data pipelines with data lakes and data warehouses to drive business impact.
- Help extend platform capabilities through integrations with partner tools and services to optimize workflows at scale.
What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience in data platforms, data movement, and governance.
- A passion for secure, scalable data workflows and cloud-based deployments.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customers to enable adoption of platform capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with REST APIs and data integration tools.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure) and data lake architectures.
- Background in developer-focused tooling or API-driven platforms.
