Product & Partner Marketing Lead in the USA or Canada
Cloud for Good is seeking a Product & Partner Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team. This role will lead the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and partner marketing initiatives that bring Cloud for Good’s solutions, intellectual property, industry expertise, and Salesforce partnership to market.
The Product & Partner Marketing Lead will serve as the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, Alliances, Delivery, Product, and Salesforce, translating complex technology and services into clear, differentiated market stories that drive awareness, partner engagement, pipeline, and bookings. This role will own product and solution marketing for Cloud for Good’s strategic Salesforce offerings, including Cloud for Good intellectual property, while also serving as a primary marketing liaison to Salesforce.
This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who understands the Salesforce ecosystem, can move comfortably between technical and business conversations, and knows how to turn capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with customers, Salesforce sellers, and the broader market.

Responsibilities

Lead the product, solution, and partner marketing strategy that positions Cloud for Good as a differentiated Salesforce partner and accelerates adoption of Cloud for Good solutions, intellectual property, and strategic Salesforce offerings.

Own go-to-market strategy and positioning for Cloud for Good’s packaged solutions, IP assets, and strategic Salesforce offerings, including Agentforce, Data 360, AI, and industry-specific solutions.

Develop differentiated messaging and value propositions that translate technical capabilities into measurable customer outcomes and clearly articulate why Cloud for Good is uniquely positioned to deliver them.

Lead go-to-market launches for new Cloud for Good solutions, IP, Salesforce capabilities, and industry offerings, coordinating messaging, content, campaigns, sales enablement, partner activation, and internal readiness.

Create sales and partner enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, competitive positioning, one-pagers, solution briefs, demos, customer stories, and point-of-view content that help Cloud for Good and Salesforce sellers confidently position our solutions.

Partner closely with Sales and Delivery to understand customer needs, competitive dynamics, objections, buying patterns, and emerging opportunities and translate those insights into stronger market positioning.

Serve as a primary marketing liaison to Salesforce, developing relationships with Salesforce partner marketing, industry, product, and field teams to identify opportunities for joint go-to-market activity.

Align Cloud for Good’s marketing strategy with Salesforce priorities, identifying opportunities to activate around strategic products, industry initiatives, launches, campaigns, and annual go-to-market motions.

Develop and execute joint marketing programs with Salesforce, including campaigns, webinars, events, executive programs, customer stories, thought leadership, and field activation.

Drive Salesforce field enablement, ensuring Salesforce sellers understand Cloud for Good’s capabilities, differentiators, customer successes, industry expertise, and proprietary solutions and know when to bring Cloud for Good into an opportunity.

Own Cloud for Good’s marketing presence across key Salesforce partner channels and programs, including AppExchange listings, AgentExchange, customer reviews and CSATs, Partner Innovation Awards, FDE, Zero Copy, and other strategic partner initiatives.

Partner with Alliances to identify and activate co-sell and co-marketing opportunities that strengthen Salesforce relationships and generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.

Develop industry-specific positioning, with particular emphasis on State & Local Government while ensuring Cloud for Good’s product and solution stories translate effectively across nonprofit, higher education, and financial services.

Bring customer proof into the GTM motion by partnering with customers, Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to identify measurable outcomes and turn successful implementations into customer stories, awards, presentations, and Salesforce-facing proof points.

Monitor market, Salesforce, and competitive trends to identify emerging opportunities, evolving customer needs, and areas where Cloud for Good can differentiate its solutions and expertise.

Measure the impact of product and partner marketing initiatives, partnering with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations to understand influence on awareness, Salesforce engagement, pipeline, win rates, solution adoption, and bookings.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Salesforce partner programs and channels such as AppExchange, AgentExchange, Partner Innovation Awards, FDE, Zero Copy, or similar programs.

State & Local Government experience, with the ability to translate product and partner marketing strategies across Cloud for Good’s other core industries, including nonprofit, higher education, and financial services.

Cloud for Good is a fully remote company. Team members are expected to maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace that is camera-ready for video meetings. Collaboration takes place across Zoom, Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone).
