As a Product Owner in TechOps, you will define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for your domain, collaborating with stakeholders, development teams, architects, and others to translate strategy into tangible value.
What You'll Do
- Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the TechOps domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, architects, and other partners to deliver high-quality IT services for a worldwide organization.
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled capabilities to enhance product outcomes, operational efficiency, and user experience.
- Help translate PMI's transformation into digital initiatives and drive measurable business impact across functions.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for designing and delivering best-in-class IT services to a global audience.
- Interest in applying AI-enabled capabilities to improve product outcomes, efficiency, and UX.
- Ability to define and manage product vision, roadmap, and backlog, and work cross-functionally with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in Product Ownership in TechOps or similar IT domains is advantageous.
