The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business analysis and a deep understanding of the end to end delivery lifecycle. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment. The candidate should be able to join immediately or within a maximum of 60 days. Responsibilities: Lead requirement workshops to gather and document business needs. Write EPICS, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria to guide development teams. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery of payment solutions. Analyze risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and propose mitigation strategies. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles beyond just Sprints and Scrum planning. Provide insights and recommendations based on compliance and regulatory requirements in payments. Engage with stakeholders across multiple geographies to ensure a comprehensive understanding of market needs. Mandatory Skills: Strong business analysis skills with a focus on Payments and Retail Banking Operations. Proven experience in writing EPICS, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. Minimum of 2 years of Agile experience, with a comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze risks and issues effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience working with HSBC or similar financial institutions. Knowledge of Cross Border Payments, FX engines, Wallets, and Payment Operations. Familiarity with ISO20022 standards and compliance regulations across multiple geographies. Experience in Retail Banking Operations, particularly in backend operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 7 10 years of relevant experience in product ownership or business analysis within the financial services sector. Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
