Job title: Product Owner
About the Role The Product Owner will work within a SAFe framework in a large-scale IT environment, with a preference for telecom domain experience. You will own the product backlog, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help deliver AI-powered automation initiatives. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential; CSPO or equivalent certification is a plus.
What You'll Do
- Manage and prioritize the program/backlog in SAFe to maximize value
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders and agile teams including development, QA, UX
- Drive backlog grooming, release planning, and sprint execution
- Work with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow or similar agile tools
- Ensure alignment with enterprise goals and customer value
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement
- Analyze data, metrics, and feedback to refine the product
What We're Looking For
- 5 to 10 Years of total experience in IT/product roles
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager experience in a large-scale enterprise environment
- Experience in telecommunications industry preferred
- Experience with AI-powered automation tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is a plus
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow or similar agile tools
Nice to Have
- CSPO or equivalent certification (if not already listed)
- Additional experience with AI automation tools
- IT domain experience in telecom or related industries
