We are looking for a dynamic individual to fulfill a dual-accountability role as both a hands-on product owner of your own product, and the team leader of a team of product owners. Confluent is a rapidly innovating company that experiments with different brands and solutions. Since we manage products across multiple brands and solution domains, the number of products and people under your management will change as the portfolio evolves. You'll have real input into team structure, composition, and priorities.
