Job Description

As Concerto product owner, you will be part of the central Concerto business team consisting of 5-10 supply chain experts. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop a clear understanding of the business processes in your domain of expertise based on exchanges with users and managers in different clusters
• Align with the vision of the functional heads on target processes and organization
• Define a harmonized target process and system behavior, and identify the business value and gains that the project should bring
• Translate this into clear business specifications for the IT teams
• Connect with IT architects and analysts for a correct understanding of the business goals to guarantee delivery of an IT system that is in full accordance with this
• Define the business test plan to assure quality at every release, and assist in the execution of it
• After go-live, follow-up the business impact of the project, and assist the cluster team to reach the business objectives

Requirements

• Analytical, hands-on and results oriented

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Very good English

• Openness for hybrid work (50/50)
