Location: Denver, Colorado (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Owner, Product Creation Technology & Innovation to lead the strategy, implementation, and adoption of digital technologies that support modern product creation workflows across 2D, 3D, and emerging AI-enabled design and development ecosystems. This role partners closely with brand, design, development, and technology teams to identify innovative capabilities, improve workflows, and drive scalable digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines product ownership experience with a deep understanding of product design processes, creation tools, and workflow integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for product creation tools and innovation platforms.

• Prioritize capabilities and enhancements based on business value, user needs, and strategic objectives.

• Translate business requirements into actionable product features, user stories, and implementation plans.

• Support and evolve ecosystems of 2D, 3D, and AI-powered design tools used across product creation workflows.

• Identify emerging technologies and industry trends that improve design efficiency, visualization, collaboration, and speed to market.

• Partner with business and technology teams to assess feasibility, scalability, and user impact of digital workflows.

• Support integrations across the digital product creation ecosystem, including design tools, product lifecycle management (PLM), digital asset management (DAM), and merchandising systems.

• Lead user adoption initiatives, including communication, documentation, training, and change management activities.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field of study.

• Experience: Five or more years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Digital Product Creation, or related technology-focused roles.

• Technical

Skills

• Strong understanding of product design and development processes within consumer products, apparel, footwear, or accessories. Experience with Agile methodologies, product delivery processes, system integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D design and visualization platforms.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled creative and product development technologies.

• Experience supporting integrations between PLM, DAM, design, and merchandising systems.

• Background in digital transformation or innovation programs.

• Experience driving enterprise adoption and organizational change initiatives.
