Overview
We're seeking a Product Owner to support delivery and operations-focused applications. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and development teams to manage product backlogs, define requirements, and drive Agile delivery of enhancements and strategic initiatives.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role best suited for someone who thrives in Agile environments and enjoys working closely with engineering teams to deliver business value.
Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the product backlog

Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements

Ensure work is sprint-ready and aligned to business priorities

Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives

Serve as the primary point of contact for requirements clarification

Partner with stakeholders to gather needs and define solutions

Support UAT, release activities, and issue resolution
-
Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers

Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to drive successful delivery

Required Qualifications
-
2-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
-
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Strong backlog management and prioritization skills
-
Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience supporting logistics, transportation, supply chain, retail, or operational applications

Experience working with mobile applications or integrated systems
-
CSPO, PSPO, or similar Agile certification
