Job Summary

The Educator role is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in creating world-class customer service or guest experience in our retail stores. They engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest experience: interact with guests to ensure a great experience, assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions, provide technical product education, facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience with accurate transactions and omnichannel programs, move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests, and respond to guest feedback in partnership with store leadership.

• Working with others: contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment, establish supportive relationships with team members, and collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.

• Operations: perform product presentation tasks, restock items, use in-store technology to support operations and guest experiences, perform cleaning tasks as needed, adhere to safety policies, and work in accordance with applicable policies and laws.

Job Requirements

• Eligibility: must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located; must be 18 years of age or older; proof of right to work and any local requirements; ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

• Availability: willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Other willingness requirements: willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music; able to move through a store for most of a shift; able to move boxes up to 30 lbs; able to work as part of a team and independently.

• Education: high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.

• Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay range: $18.00 - $20.71 per hour, subject to local minimum wage.

• Target bonus: $2.00 per hour.

• Total target base pay range: $20.00 - $22.71 per hour.
