Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Product Officer to join our growing team at Bedrock Software.

In this role, you will play a vital part in the development, administration, and ongoing enhancement of our digital products, ensuring they align with our strategic business objectives and meet user needs.

Your responsibilities will include gathering and documenting product requirements, coordinating effectively with design and engineering teams, and conducting thorough user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of new features before deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, and delivery of digital products in line with business objectives.

• Coordinate product activities between Design, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate new features before deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Technical Support, or a related role.

• Experience working with software development teams and Agile methodologies is an advantage.

• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and product management principles.
