- Proven multi-channel campaign growth experience

- Active on-chain/Web3 experience
- Proficiency in Dune, Nansen & Amplitude
- Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust or Branch
- Data-driven and experiment-focused
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
