About the Role HubSpot’s free chatbot builder software enables teams to qualify leads, book meetings, provide customer support, and scale conversations in real time. This role focuses on marketing, adoption, and enablement of the chatbot builder within HubSpot’s customer platform, leveraging the Smart CRM to deliver personalized bot conversations.
What You'll Do
- Promote and support the free chatbot builder, enabling teams to create messenger bots with no coding
- Advocate templates and the visual editor to customize conversations to match brand and goals
- Ensure chatbots deliver personalized messages using contact data from HubSpot Smart CRM and sync data back to the CRM
- Configure chatbots to handle common questions, hand off to live agents when qualified, and automate tasks like creating tickets and adding users to lists/workflows
- Help customers understand how to scale real-time conversations on their websites
What We're Looking For
- Interest in chatbot builders, AI tools, and CRM-integrated customer experiences
- Familiarity with live chat, customer support workflows, and no-code bot creation
