About this role
Job title: Product Marketing Manager
About the Role Anrok is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to bring our tax automation platform to market and empower our sales team to win. You will own a set of features end-to-end, partnering with product managers and sales to shape positioning, launches, and adoption that drive revenue.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end go-to-market for a set of Anrok products and features, from positioning and launch through adoption and revenue impact, working across product, sales, and marketing.
- Develop and evolve the positioning, messaging, and value propositions that set Anrok apart, and maintain the messaging framework as the single source of truth across channels.
- Own a segment of sales enablement: build the assets sellers actually use (decks, one-pagers, battle cards, demo scripts, objection-handling guides) and the training that makes them stick.
- Turn customer proof, wins, and references into evidence that sharpens messaging and fuels the funnel; translate customer feedback and market trends into actionable recommendations; partner with product managers to shape roadmap priorities.
- Define and track metrics that prove product marketing impact (pipeline influenced, win rates, asset utilization, feature adoption, time-to-first-value) and use data to iterate on strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of product marketing experience (SaaS/fintech/infrastructure preferred) with a proven track record of GTM success.
- Expertise in product positioning and messaging frameworks, translating complex technical capabilities into clear customer value for B2B audiences.
- Strong sales enablement experience with assets that sales actually uses and that demonstrably improve win rates, deal velocity, or average deal size.
- Project management and cross-functional leadership skills; ability to drive initiatives end-to-end with limited direction.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; portfolio of messaging frameworks or customer-facing content.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining success metrics, building dashboards, and using insights to iterate strategy.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can prioritize competing demands.
- Experience in fintech, compliance, or other technical B2B SaaS categories where buyer education and trust-building are critical to the sales process.
Nice to Have
- Experience collaborating with product and sales in high-growth environments; familiarity with tax/compliance a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $150,000-$180,000 per year.
- Hybrid work environment; equity upside of an early-stage startup.
- Benefits: 100% covered medical, dental, and vision; One Medical membership; annual learning stipend; home internet reimbursement; wellness reimbursement; daily lunch and snacks; annual team off-sites.
