About the Role Join Luno to help users access a crypto investment platform that enables instant onboarding, diverse portfolios, staking, price predictions, and price alerts. This role focuses on promoting, enabling, and expanding the use of Luno’s app-based investing features to build, manage and optimize crypto portfolios.
What You'll Do
- Promote sign-up and onboarding flows to simplify user entry and activation of Luno’s investing features.
- Help users diversify their portfolios with bundles and index-tracking baskets that automatically follow an investment strategy.
- Highlight staking opportunities with crypto rewards up to 12% p.a., with no fixed terms and no hidden fees.
- Drive engagement with price-prediction campaigns offering prizes up to $10,000 in Bitcoin each month.
- Support dollar-cost averaging through repeat buy schedules to automate investment strategies.
- Enable price alerts and market monitoring to keep users ahead of opportunities.
- Emphasize wallet features, security measures, and in-depth portfolio insights to improve decision making and experience.
- Collaborate on a clear, intuitive app experience that keeps investing straightforward.
What We're Looking For
- Interest in crypto and fintech with a user-first mindset.
- Ability to explain complex investment concepts in simple terms.
- Data-driven approach to optimize engagement and product adoption.
- Experience in app-based product marketing, growth, or user acquisition is a plus.
