- Tell Railway's story and ensure top-of-mind awareness for developers building the world via code
- Develop positioning and branding across consumer-to-enterprise segments and clearly communicate the product vision
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and growth teams to build compelling campaigns and messaging for the developer tools market
- Drive awareness and adoption through storytelling, content, and campaigns aligned with growth goals
- Own outcomes in a fast-moving, highly autonomous environment, leveraging systems and clear judgment What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of positioning and branding from consumer to enterprise
- Deep understanding of the developer tools market
- Interest in computing infrastructure
- Strong technical writing skills
- Clear and succinct communication
- Strong skills in pitching, refining, and hammering home the product vision
- Experience working remotely in a highly autonomous environment Nice to Have
- Deep experience across the marketing stack: growth hacking, funnel analysis, traditional comms, and engineering-as-marketing campaigns
- Deep experience in top-of-funnel and inbound growth generation
- Strong product experience building funnels, segmenting users, and A/B testing campaigns
- Stellar writing skills to personify the user voice and help engineers iterate
- Mastery of enterprise buyer decision making and positioning to meet expectations of 6-7 figure buyers
