About the Role We are seeking a Product Manager to help scale Zapier Forms, an AI-assisted drag-and-drop form builder that connects to 8,000+ apps and automates workflows. This role focuses on delivering flexible intake forms, AI-generated fields, and templates to streamline data capture and routing across the Zapier platform.
What You'll Do
- Define the product roadmap for Forms, collaborating with design, engineering, and marketing to improve templates such as Application Forms, Booking Forms, Invoice Forms, Lead Generation Forms, and more.
- Own AI Form Template features to streamline data collection and automate form-based workflows across apps like Sheets, Slack, CRMs, and Zapier Tables.
- Ensure seamless integrations and accurate data routing, enabling alerts, updates to systems, task creation, and multi-step Zaps from form submissions.
- Gather customer feedback and usage data to drive continuous improvement and expand use cases for the Form templates (e.g., Lead Capture, Employee Availability, Invoice).
What We're Looking For
- Experience in product management or product marketing for no-code/low-code platforms or form builders.
- Familiarity with automation workflows and multi-step Zaps, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to translate user needs into features, templates, and intuitive UX.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-assisted form generation and templates.
- Exposure to enterprise customers and integrations.
