About the Role The Product Manager, Data and Analytics defines and socializes the business value of Wiley Online Library through a data-led lens. They translate data insights into requirements, define success metrics, and partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer needs, data strategy, and operational efficiency. They oversee analytics-driven features from discovery to delivery and sign off on delivered solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Define, evolve, and socialize the business value of Wiley Online Library and related services through a data-led lens.
  • Develop ideas grounded in quantitative and qualitative insight, identify platform and customer problems through data analysis, and make evidence-based recommendations on product value.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment with customer needs, data strategy, and operational efficiency; represent the service both internally and externally across a wide range of stakeholder groups.
  • Translate data insights and business cases into end-user requirements; define success metrics; build measurement frameworks; establish reporting practices that inform product decisions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for analytics, business intelligence, and engineering stakeholders; ensure delivered features meet agreed scope, are scalable, and instrumented for ongoing insight.
  • Oversee features from discovery through development and testing; sign off on the acceptance of delivered solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience, particularly in Product Management, data/analytics (tools like Power BI, Adobe Analytics).
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve processes.
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
  • Works independently, receives minimal guidance.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: 40,200 GBP to 57,533 GBP (annual).
