What You'll Do

Participate in initiatives that connect TomTom’ers and celebrate differences, including events and learning activities.

Engage in unconscious bias and allyship workshops to reduce stereotypes and build inclusive relationships.

Support mentoring and sponsorship programs to accelerate women in engineering and leadership tracks.

Contribute to executive leadership preparation programs and a culture that values belonging.
