About the Role
SystemSpecs is seeking a proactive and results-driven Product Manager to define product strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive product improvements based on customer needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Experience, and Business teams to deliver product features.
- Manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities.
- Gather customer feedback and translate business needs into product improvements.
- Track product performance, communicate progress, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Product Management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and product documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Jira, GitLab, or similar tools is an advantage.
