Role overview Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Product Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.

The client is building an AI recruiter product suite for staffing agencies, and expanding it into the French market. As Product Manager, you will be cooperating with the client's tech hub located mainly in Lyon, and initially lead product discovery and delivery for France, working alongside the existing engineering and design teams. The role centers on adapting and localizing the product's LLM-powered capabilities for French partners, with work ranging from rapid 0-to-1 prototyping to scaling and improving existing production features. Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on broader product ownership in the region, with the potential to grow into a product leadership role for European expansion.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of leading product discovery, design, and delivery across systems and teams, with a high degree of autonomy.

• Practical experience owning or launching production AI/LLM applications, with a strong understanding of how to evaluate AI features, iterate on AI solutions, and implement appropriate guardrails.

• Strong technical literacy, with the ability to confidently discuss backend services, APIs, and frontend web applications with engineering counterparts.

• Comfort working directly with clients and translating business needs for technical and non-technical partners.

• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and a responsible approach to applying them in a B2B setting.

• Regular use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in day-to-day work.

• Previous domain experience in HR tech, recruiting, or staffing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for adapting Noa's LLM-powered capabilities to French local staffing workflows and partner systems.

• Own the delivery of cross-system solutions, working with engineering to sequence work into testable, releasable increments and coordinating required rollouts with partner teams.

• Conduct user research with stakeholders and end users to deeply understand French staffing operations, using that context to shape product and technical decisions.

• Collaborate with design and engineering to prototype new ideas with users and partners, using qualitative and quantitative feedback to decide which solutions to pursue.

• Help engineering and business partners align by clearly communicating product requirements, defining options, and explaining constraints and tradeoffs.

• Define and monitor key success metrics for the French market, ensuring the product is reliable, delivers value, and improves over time.
